A brief History of the Department

The seed of Hindi Department of Karmaveer Hire College was sown in the year 1975. Hindi, our National Language is being taught as one of the Languages B. A. and B. A. B. Ed. courses. Many accomplished teachers have fondly nourished the Hindi Department with their scholarship and dedication. Our previous retired faculty like Dr. Anand Waskar, Dr. Pushpa Waskar and Dr. Sulochana Deshpande has nurtured the department with their utmost dedication. Faculty members of the department also contribute to the vibrant culture of the college by organizing Hindi Day celebrations, seminars and different academic programmes.
