Exam Section

In alignment with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, our college has adopted a robust Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) system that emphasizes holistic, competency-based, and learner-centric assessment. The CIE framework is designed to evaluate students' academic progress throughout the semester rather than relying solely on end-semester examinations. Assessment methods include unit tests, assignments, seminars, quizzes, project work, practical performance, group discussions, presentations, field-based activities, and participation in experiential learning. The system promotes critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, creativity, communication skills, and application-oriented learning. Regular feedback is provided to students to help them identify their strengths and areas for improvement, thereby fostering continuous academic growth. Through transparency, flexibility, and inclusivity, the CIE mechanism enhances student engagement, encourages active learning, and supports the achievement of program outcomes and graduate attributes envisioned under NEP 2020.
